Not always we want the server to be reachable, for many reasons. I would like to ENABLE / DISABLE Streamer server in a simple way.

Currently this can be done by manually stopping the Windows Service called "Helium Streamer". We will add a start/stop feature in the Launcher tool in an upcoming release.
