Helium Streamer is a companion to Helium that streams your entire music library over the web - no separate software to install. Open it in any desktop browser to browse, search, and play your collection from any computer on your network.
Streamer now runs on Linux and Raspberry Pi as well as Windows, so you can host your library on whatever hardware suits you - including small, always-on devices.
While you're browsing, the library stays in sync: if a scan finishes or files change on the server, the web app updates automatically, with no manual refresh needed.
Streamer also acts as the backend for the Helium Streamer companion apps (iOS, Android), letting you reach your library while out and about. Set up remote access once - via the Helium Streamer Launcher's QR code or by forwarding the configured port on your router - and every companion app can connect from anywhere.
