How can I change my email address that I registered Helium with? Do I need to contact you?
You can change your user details from the Customer Center.
If you have changed e-mail address or are unsure of your latest license key or are unable to unlock the program you can always log in to the Customer Center to see your current license key. It should always be up-to-date from there. Please remember to set a password in the Customer Center if you have not already done this. This will let you log in even if you have lost your license key .
