Sometimes you will need to remove one or more specific tag types from a file.
This can easily be done by using the Action Manager.
To remove one or more tags from a file, follow these steps:
- Start the Action Manager from Tools > Action Manager...
- Click Add
- Select the action Remove tag
- Select the tag type you would like to remove, e.g. ID3v1 and click OK
- Click Run to invoke the operation on all selected files
