Helium is generally good at identifying which tracks that belongs to one single release, but there are times when an album is split into two (or sometimes more), seemingly identical releases, where some tracks end up in the first and some in the second (or third etc).


The problem is most often caused on records which includes multiple discs and should be easily solved by making sure that the criteria below is being met:


  • All tracks must have the exact same Album field content
  • All tracks should be in the same folder, or separated by folders such as CD 1, CD 2 etc


These are the basic rules for making multiple disc records end up in the same release in Helium.
