When purchasing Helium, you will be sent an email with your user details as well as your license key.

If you have not received this email, please be sure to check your spam folder so that it has not been placed there.


When unlocking Helium with these details, please make sure that ALL fields are case-sensitive and they needs to be entered exactly as sent to you.


The most safe way is to copy the details from the email to ensure that the casing is correct.


Also make sure that no leading or trailing space characters are included when you paste into the fields. You can find out if this is the case by opening Notepad and pasting there (you will see if a space characters is either at the beginning or end. If it is, make sure to copy everything except the spaces).
