Is there no prioritized support for licensed customers in the customer center?

In the post "Please read this before posting bugs" is a broken link to the customer center:

Wrong: http://www.imploded.com/support/customer-center

Correct: https://www.imploded.com/CustomerCenter


In the current customer center I do not see any link to contact for quickest possible support.


Was it removed or is there no longer prioritized support for licensed customers?

Hello,


By just contacting us via "Contact us" (http://imploded.freshdesk.com/) and creating a support ticket, we will automatically prioritize registered users.

So prioritized support still exists, using the forums is mainly ment to be used for user-to-user support, even if we moderate and answer the forum posts from and to.
